• • Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Processing Time: Each bag is handmade to order — please allow 1–2 weeks for creation before shipping.

  • Shipping Time: USPS typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Packaging: Items are securely packaged in padded mailers or small boxes to protect your bag in transit.

  • Delivery Issues: I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once marked "delivered" by USPS. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Additional Notes:

• Currently shipping within the U.S. only (optional, if you’re not shipping internationally).

• No P.O. Boxes — UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

• If your package is lost or delayed by USPS, I’ll do my best to assist you in filing a claim.
